Baby Hoodie

Right now I am working on a hoodie for my new granddaughter to be. It's done with TLC Essentials by Red Heart in Light Thyme with a white stripe. When it is done I'll post a picture of it.It's done with a baby cable rib and requires a separating zipper. I have never put a zipper in knitting. It's in a 0-6 months size. Should be cute when it's finished.

Seven Things Baby Cardi

Our Guild is knitting the "Seven Things Baby Cardi" from Margaret Fisher's book, "Seven Things that Make or Break a Sweater". We are starting this for our August meeting. I already started it. You really have to read the directions carefully. It is divided into 7
parts, each part is a "thing" in the book. So we'll see how it goes.

Sheep and Wool Yarn

I bought the most beautiful yarn at Sheep and Wool. I got it at Dyed Dreams. It feels like velvet and would
be great for a scarf or a shawl. Here is a photo of it.

Maryland Sheep and Wool

Beautiful yarns! I went yesterday. It was very hot and traffic was backed up for miles. I bought some gorgeous yarn.
It's variegated in greens, blues and purples! Maybe nice for a shawl. Did not really have
enough time to look around, but that's okay. I thought about going back Sunday, but don't have enough
time.
